Sales and Shipping Policies
- Your San Francisco 49er ticket order will be finalized and confirmed
by phone. We do this for our customers to protect them from credit card
fraud and to let you know when you can expect your tickets. We will
contact you during our normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 8:30
am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9am to 12 noon (Pacific Time). Please leave
a contact phone number or email we can reach you at during these times
or call us if you cannot take a call.
- Our 49er tickets are shipped to the billing address of the card holder,
again to protect our customers. You may pick up the tickets at our office
location and possibly have the tickets emailed or sent to a work address.
- There are no cancellations or refunds except for cancelled or postponed
49er games, less shipping charges.
- We are not associated with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, the San Francisco
49ers, Candlestick Park or any other ticketing agency, stadium, arena,
team, promoter. The images used on this site are for informational purposes
only.
- Most SF 49er tickets are sold with a service charge which reflects market
conditions and the cost to acquire them. Occasionally we have tickets below
the printed face value.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets most often cannot be replaced. Please
keep them in a safe place until the 49er game.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data is used only to process the order. None of this
data is ever used, sold or released to any other party for any other
purpose. You will not be added to an email list or receive any spam
due to this order. Your data is handled with great attention to security
and privacy.
